How do I schedule a cleaning?
You can request a quote or book a service by calling us at 860-292-0331 or filling out the contact form on our website. We’ll respond promptly to confirm your appointment.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. As long as we have access to your property and clear instructions, you don’t need to be present. Many of our clients choose to leave a key or provide a lockbox code.
What areas do you service?
We proudly serve Hartford County and surrounding areas in Connecticut. If you’re unsure whether we service your location, just ask!
What’s your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A fee may apply for same-day cancellations.
How do payments work?
We accept payments via credit/debit card, Zelle, Venmo, or cash. Payment is due on the day of service unless other arrangements have been made.
Can I request the same cleaner each time?
Yes! We’ll do our best to assign your preferred cleaner for recurring appointments, based on availability.
